Unlike traditional large commercial gyms, our small group classes are intentionally kept to limited numbers. This ensures that every participant receives dedicated guidance, professional oversight, and the highest standard of service throughout their session.

Our small group classes are designed to cater to a wide range of needs, from improving general fitness and mobility to enhancing strength, balance, and overall well-being. With class types carefully structured across different membership levels, we ensure that every participant can engage in sessions that are appropriate, safe, and tailored to their individual goals.

By maintaining smaller class sizes, our instructors can provide more than just instruction—they can monitor technique, offer personalised modifications, and give ongoing feedback. This allows each participant to maximise results, minimise the risk of injury, and enjoy a supportive, engaging environment.


Allied Health Classes

Our Allied Health classes represent a specialised and clinically-informed approach to group exercise. These sessions are conducted weekly and are specifically designed to bridge the gap between general fitness classes and individual allied health programs, offering participants expert guidance in a group setting.

Each participant in an Allied Health class receives a personalised program tailored to their individual circumstances, health considerations, and goals. During the session, an allied health professional actively monitors performance, provides feedback, and adjusts exercises as needed to ensure optimal safety and effectiveness. This dynamic approach ensures that every participant is progressing appropriately while receiving the expertise and attention typically reserved for one-on-one sessions.

These classes are included as part of the Activ8 Allied Health membership, reflecting our commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality care. For participants without this membership, casual attendance options are available, offering access to the same level of professional guidance for a single-session experience.
