Getting Started Is Easy
1. Decision
During your FREE initial consultation over tea or coffee in our club, we discuss and agree on how you want to improve your health and wellbeing. From here we tailor your individualised health plan.
2. Complete Documents
Now that we have developed your tailored plan, simply complete the required documents via the online link below and we will do the rest for you. You will then be ready to Go Live!
3. GO Live
Now that your health plan and documentation have been completed, your plan will be live and your Activ8 Wellness Progress begins. You will receive an email confirmation.
