Our team of allied health professionals have the ability to provide the highest rehabilitation interventions at your home. This is a convenient way of increasing your capacities within your home environment whilst you are unable to leave and attached to our facilities. These services are still billed through your package.

Home Support Program (CHSP)
A government-funded program that allows our allied health services, such as Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Dietitian, to help you become more independent with limited services.
