Physiotherapy uses physical and manual techniques to improve movement, reduce pain and stiffness, speed up the healing process and increase the quality of life.
Podiatry is the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the feet and lower limbs. Our Podiatrists are here to help you to keep moving by any means possible to ensure your DVA goals and capacities are achieved.
Nutritional education regarding nutrition is an integral component of achieving a balanced, healthy lifestyle. We have experts available to help with all these elements, tailoring to each DVA participant and their medical considerations.
Leveraging the power of the internet and the latest technology, we develop and implement a tailored program to meet your needs and DVA goals. Continuous communication via teleconference and other channels is used to educate and empower you to achieve your goals under our ongoing guidance, anywhere within Australia.
Hydrotherapy is an excellent way of obtaining movement with reduced demand on the skeletal and neuromuscular systems. This form of exercise has been scientifically proven to be effective when land-based training is not possible. Qualified exercise physiologists and physiotherapists run our hydrotherapy sessions.
