Although each individual's approach is tailored, the overall goal for each client is to safely and effectively progress through our Activ8 Wellbeing progression (shown below). 
The steps involve;
1. Receiving the appropriate referral and information
2. Providing greater service as required to ensure progress is achieved whilst working within other personal commitments/restraints (times, finances, knowledge etc)
3. As education, confidence and less reliance are increased, we aim to reduce our need and help you become greater self-management and continue to treat and manage your well-being. 
Don’t worry though, we are still here to provide ongoing education and guidance to ensure progression is maintained.

Our clubs are designed to ensure the same products and services are provided, whilst ensuring a friendly and non-intimidating environment is created. Most gyms sign you up and then forget about you....however, we are different!
Activ8 really care for you and your goals so we have included FREE ongoing 12-weekly consultations with an allied health practitioner. All our members will receive notification of these consultations and can enjoy these every 12 weeks and can be used for whatever is required to help them improve.
