Taylah is a Dietitian and valued member of the Activ8 Guest Experience Team, bringing together a passion for nutrition, health, and helping people feel supported throughout their wellness journey.
After completing a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong, Taylah developed a strong interest in helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes through practical, evidence-based nutrition advice. Her passion for dietetics began from a lifelong interest in food and a desire to help others improve their health through simple, achievable dietary changes.
Taylah believes nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and tailored to each individual’s lifestyle. She enjoys empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices that support their long-term health and wellbeing.
At Activ8, Taylah not only supports clients through nutrition education and guidance but also helps create the welcoming and friendly environment that members experience from the moment they walk through the door.
When she’s not at Activ8, Taylah enjoys spending time at the gym, going for walks, catching up with family and friends, and exploring new hobbies. She is currently enjoying painting and learning to speak French.
A passionate advocate for plant-based nutrition, Taylah has followed a vegan lifestyle for over eight years and enjoys helping others understand how to meet their nutritional needs through a balanced and sustainable approach.
If stranded on a deserted island, Taylah would take a Polaroid camera so she could capture plenty of memories and moments to look back on.
“Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, sustainable changes can have a significant impact on your long-term health and wellbeing.”
